The authors of this document have grave concerns regarding the overall response to the Covid 19 pandemic; the steps taken and not taken to address that pandemic.
The authors acknowledge that at the onset of almost any emergency, it can be expected that some confusion and uncertainty will result in less than optimum responses being implemented. What has been documented in this report goes drastically beyond those reasonable shortcomings, and rises to a criminal level.
