The National Citizens Inquiry (NCI) is now preparing its next round of public hearings in Richmond, BC December 1-3, 2026. The inquiry will focus on land title and property rights in Canada.
These hearings will examine questions surrounding title, Crown authority, private property, Indigenous claims, jurisdiction and the legal frameworks shaping land ownership and use across the country.
If you have personal experience, professional expertise, research or evidence relevant to these questions, the NCI is now accepting witness applications for the December hearings.
